Charlotte Ross (born 21 Jan 1986) is an American actress. In NYPD Blue, she plays the role of Det. Connie McDowell from the year 2001 to the year 2004.

Early Life

Charlotte Ross was born in Winnetka, Illinois, to Debbie Ross Kullby and Peter Ross, on January 21, 1968. Charlotte Ross' first on-screen performance was when she was only 8 years old (My First Mouthpiece).

Personal Life

Charlotte Ross married Michael Goldman on 18 October 2003. They both then had a son named Maxwell Ross Goldman after their marriage. After around 5 years, Charlotte Ross and Michael Goldman separated in 2008.
